Hi all! here, and I'd like to welcome you to FanFicsRus! Whether you read 'em or write 'em, this is the place for you!

If you're not sure what Fan-Fiction is, lemme explain it for you. I HOPE you know what fiction is(lol)... well, FAN fiction are stories you write based on something else you're a fan of, such as TV shows (Roswell, CSI, Grey's Anatomy, etc...), Anime (InuYasha, Fullmetal Alchemist, Fruits Basket, DBZ etc...), Books (The Da Vinci Code, Jurassic Park, The Devil Wears Prada etc...), even comics/manga (Superman, Wolf's Rain, Sin City etc...)!!! So, if you're a fan of, well... ANYTHING- and you write about it, come be a part of ~FanFicsRus and share your love for _________ <---(insert obsession here) with other Fan-Fic'ers!

Hello, FanFic'ers! Now, until someone OTHER than myself submits something *snork*, we'll have to put contests on hold. In the meantime, we have a 2 new members since the last journal, which is good, but I would love to see more growth. If any of you guys can, spread the word! Chances are, if you're part of this club, you have writer friends as well! So let people know that there is a club for those who write fan-fics! Thank you!

Submitting deviations:
When submitting a work of fan-fiction to us, please be sure that you adhere to the following rules:

1. No over-mature work here. Obviously we can't have porn-level stuff. If you're unsure of how "graphic" your work is, let someone read it. A friend, an admin, whatever. Otherwise, if you know it's too graphic, you'll have to find another home for your artwork. We have to go by dA standards. Anything not complying to the rules will be removed.

2. OBVIOUSLY, being that this is a fan-fiction club, most of the characters we encounter will belong to someone else. PLEASE give the rightful owners their due credit. If you have OC's too, that's great. But make sure you let everyone know about whose (c) belongs where. ~kyu4 and I don't need anyone going after us for Royalties or anything.

3. When looking through our gallery, don't be too lazy to actually click on the ACTUAL OWNERS' art and fave it at their gallery. It's nicer for them to have the page views than us.

So, someone is making an avatar for us, but they aren't going to be able to finish it for a while, she has 2 vacations to go on! (lucky), so the avatar won't be coming up until August, or whatever. In the meantime, I'll put something ELSE up, since my Kyoun-kichi is not doing the job. *pets Kyou-Kyou*
